Licenciado en Geografía. PhD de la Universidad de Edinburgo. Científico con un interés muy fuerte en Glaciología, Meteorología y Cambio Climático. Mi investigación actual se centra en los recursos hídricos derivados de cubierta de nieve y hielo y su sensibilidad a las variaciones del clima, especialmente en las zonas montañosas. Acabo de terminar un proyecto de investigación en ese campo aplicado a la Cordillera Blanca en los Andes Peruanos.
